【Abstract】 With the further development of higher education in China and the deepening of progressional reforms of the internal management system of universities,distribute the power scientifically and standardize the power reasonably in the universities has become an important,theoretical and real problem.Giving correct understanding and reasonable definition of administrative power connotation and academic power connotation of the university,analyzing their performing range and studying and constructing a relative separation mechanism between them will make the administrative power and academic power check and balance,support and promote each other in the operation process,which will contribute to the healthy development of higher education.更多还原
