省级区域可持续发展指标体系构建及空间测度研究

【摘要】 可持续发展的空间测度是由经济、社会、生态三个指标体积组成的动态系统,其可持续发展依赖于各子系统的合理结构和发展模式以及子系统之间的发展协调程度.实验通过对空间测度建立指标体系,采用AHP方法结合可持续性的评价模型对三个子系统进行定量分析研究,最后得出发展度和协调度的测度结果.由此推算出东北三省区可持续发展水平较低,为相关部门采取相应改善措施提供了有力证据,同时也为今后进一步研究三省区的可持续性奠定了夯实基础.

【Abstract】 Measurement of space for sustainable development is a dynamic system composed of three indices of economy,society and ecology,and its sustainability depends on the reasonable structure,the development pattern of each subsystem and the coordinate development state among the subsystems.Through establishing the index system to the space measure,the article uses the AHP method to quantitatively analysis the three subsystems combining with sustainability evaluation model,and concludes that the measure results of the development and coordination of degrees.Infers from the low level of sustainable development of the three northeastern provinces,provides a strong evidence to the relevant departments for taking appropriate improvement measures,but also lays a solid foundation for further study of the three provinces in the future sustainability.
