陕南水污染预测及水资源保护策略
【摘要】 陕南肩负着经济发展和水资源保护的双重责任,采用环境库兹涅茨曲线对陕南地区的水污染情况进行预测,并计算污水总排放量。结果表明当人均GDP为35000元和105000元时,陕南维持现有的经济发展模式,水污染排放总量分别为7.26×108t和9.42×108t;当采用广州发展模式时,水污染排放总量分别为4.44×108t和4.44×108t。针对这种水污染状况,需要设计合理的水资源保护制度,为陕南在环境保护和经济发展之间寻求双赢的局面。
【Abstract】 The Southern Shaanxi shoulder the dual responsibility of economic development and protection of water resources,so we used environment Kuznets curve to forecast the situation of water pollution in the area,and calculated sewage emissions. The results showed that when the per capita GDP is 35,000 yuan or 105,000 yuan, and Shaanxi Province keeps existing economic development models,water pollution emissions were 7.26×108t and 9.42×108t;when the Guangzhou development model was adopted,water pollution emissions were 4.44×108t and 4.44×108t,respectively. Reasonable water conservation systems need to be designed for this kind of water pollution situation,and make a win-win situation between environmental protection and the development of economic of southern Shaanxi.
