【摘要】 目的评价替吉奥联合伊立替康二线治疗进展期胃癌的疗效及不良反应。方法采用替吉奥联合伊立替康方案对23例一线治疗失败的进展期胃癌患者进行化疗:替吉奥80mg/(m2·d),分早、晚2次餐后服用,连用14天,间隔7天;伊立替康100mg/(m2·d),第1、8天。21天为1周期。3周期后评价疗效。结果 23例患者中,完全缓解1例(4.3%),部分缓解8例(34.8%),疾病稳定9例(39.1%),疾病进展7例(30.4%),有效率39.1%,控制率78.3%。随访至2013年7月,死亡14例,与疾病进展有关。TTP为3.4个月,中位生存期(MST)为7.9个月。主要不良反应为中性粒细胞减少、恶心呕吐、腹泻等,多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度。结论替吉奥联合伊立替康治疗进展期胃癌安全有效,可做为进展期胃癌患者新的二线化疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect and safety of S-1 combined with Irinotecan in the second-line treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma( AGC) . Methods 23 AGC patients with measurable indicators were treated with S-1 80mg / ( m2 ·d) , twice a day oral from day 1 to day 14 and Irinotecan 100mg / ( m2 ·d) intravenous drip on day1 and day 8. 21 days for a cycle and continuous for 3 cycles. Assessed efficacy after 3 cycles chemotherapy. All 23 case received first-line treatment and poor effect. Results In 23 AGC patients,CR l ( 4. 3% ) ,PR 8 ( 34. 8% ) ,SD 9 ( 39. 1% ) ,PD 7 ( 30. 4% ) ,RR39. 1% ,DCR78. 3% . TTP 3. 4months,MST 7. 9months. The major toxicities were anorexia,nausea,vomiting,skin p igmentati on and leucopenia etal.
