【摘要】 目的探讨培美曲赛联合顺铂一线治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法将63例老年晚期肺腺癌患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组31例,观察组采用培美曲赛联合卡铂治疗,对照组采用吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效及副作用。结果观察组与对照组有效率分别为40.60%(13/32)和35.48%(11/31);临床获益率为71.88%(23/32)和64.52%(20/31);中位PFS为5.3个月和4.9个月;MST为10.2个月和9.8个月,差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。但血液学毒性观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论培美曲赛联合卡铂一线治疗老年晚期肺腺癌疗效肯定、毒性低,有较好的耐受性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the efficacy and safety of pemetrexed combined with? carboplatin as the first-line treatment for elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods 63 elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into observation group of 32 cases and a control group of 31 cases. The observation group were treated with pemetrexed plus carboplatin and the control group were treated with gemcitabine plus carboplatin. Therapeutic evaluation and toxicity respectively of the two groups will be evaluated. Result In observation group and control group,the effective rate of treatment was 40.60% (13/32) and 35.48%(11/31) respectively,clinical benefit rate was 71.88% (23/32) and 64.52%(20/31) ,the median PFS was 5.3 months and 4.9 months; MST was 10.2 months and 9.8 months. There were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).The hematological toxicity of the observation group was obviously less than that of the control group(P<0.05) . Conclusion Pemetrexed combined? with cisplatin first-line treatment of elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma effective,low toxic,better tolerated.更多还原
