【摘要】 自从第二次世界大战后,在美国出现了去工业化的现象。虽然学术界对美国去工业化的现象始终存在着某些争议,但是,美国工业企业大迁徙、大量的工人失业和制造业生产总值在国民生产总值中的比重持续的下降,都是美国去工业化现象不争的事实。与此同时,后工业经济的繁荣与工业经济的萧条形成了鲜明的对比。20世纪70年代之后,美国政府加大了对科技研发资金的投入量,同时也增加了对科技人员的需求量。美国政府对科技研发的大量投资是导致美国后工业经济繁荣的间接原因。在此期间,生产者服务业在美国各地区得到了迅猛的增长。毋庸置疑,生产者服务业的迅速发展是美国进入后工业社会的最直接的表现形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the World War Ⅱ,there appeared the deindustrialization phenomenon in the United States.American deindustrialization was still disputed in the academic circle.But it had been proved by the great migration of industrial enterprises,the increasing rate of unemployment and the decrease of total output value of manufacturing industry in the gross national product.In the meantime,there is a clear contrast between the prosperous post industrial economy and the depression of industrial economy.After the 1970s,U.S.government had been increasing funds of technology research and development and the need of technical personnel.That American government pays more attention to technology research and development is an important reason for the prosperity of post industrial economy.Moreover,producer service industry had been developing rapidly in the United States,which has undoubtedly accelerated America’s process of entering post industrial society.更多还原
