高性能橡胶微表处的试验研究

【摘要】 微表处是一种常见的预防性养护技术,然而对于高温多雨的广东地区,微表处罩面存在噪声大、耐磨耗性能差、使用寿命短等缺点,已严重阻碍该技术在广东省高速公路预防性养护的推广应用。为此,研究开发了低噪声耐磨耗微表处技术—高性能橡胶微表处,通过室内湿轮磨耗试验和加速加载试验表明:高性能橡胶微表处各项路用性能指标,均明显优于常规橡胶微表处,具有很好的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 Micro-surfacing is a widely used technique for preventive maintenance;however,in Guangdong area with high temperature and rainy weather,micro-surfacing overlay has many disadvantages,such as high noise、poor abrasion resistance and short life,obstructing the promotion of this technique for highway in Guangdong Province seriously.Therefore,micro-surfacing technology characterized by low noise and high abrasion resistance,i.e.high performance rubber micro-surfacing,is developed.It is demonstrated by indoor wet tract abrasion test and accelerated pavement testing that high performance rubber micro-surfacing has superior pavement performance indicators to conventional rubber micro-surfacing significantly,thus it has good prospects of application and extension.
