【Abstract】 Oxaliplatin is a new kind of anticancer drug that has good inhibitive effects on cancers. The binding of its platinum atoms with 1, 2-2 ammonia cyclohexane and oxalic acid give rise to a single spherical body structure. It is often used for meta- static colorectal cancer treatment, or adjuvant therapy of primary tumor completely resected phase 3 Dukes C colon cancer. As it is increasingly used in clinic, the oxaliplatin-caused nerve toxicity reaction is getting more and more attention, and it has become one of the research priorities to prevent and reduce such neurotoxicity.
