【Abstract】 To guide public opinion about influential criminal cases is an organic component of the investigation work of public security; this kind of guidance also performs strategic significance. At the present time, the news report mechanism of public security organs fails to match the development of social media and the demands of the public. This particular situation, along with the complexity of such influential cases, brings about many problems.
