【摘要】 改革开放三十多年来,我国经济取得了飞速迅猛的发展,但事物总是矛盾的,在经济体制改革正深入进行的同时,因经济发展的不平衡导致的各种利益冲突所引发的群体性事件越来越对社会的稳定造成威胁。保护群众合法权益,化解矛盾于未然,建立健全群体性事件的预警和解决的长效机制,促进社会的公平正义,改善民生,构建和谐社会已成为当前政府工作的重中之重。文章在对群体性事件发生的原因进行研究和分析后,提出了预防处置群体性事件的办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s economy has made rapid development in thirty years of reform and opening up,but things are always contradictory.With the further deepening of economic reform,mass incidents due to various interest conflicts caused by the imbalance of economic development have been threatening social stability.At present,the most important tasks of the government are to protect the legitimate rights of the masses,resolve conflicts in the bud,build long-effect mechanism of warning and solving mass incidents,promote social fairness and justice,improve people’s livelihood and construct harmonious Society.Therefore,this article put forward methods of preventing and handling mass incidents after studying and analyzing causes of mass incidents.更多还原
