【摘要】 目的 观察支撑喉镜内镜下切除喉良性病变与显微支撑喉镜下切除效果,为声门暴露困难的喉部病变手术寻找较佳的治疗方案。方法 2010年3月至2012年5月,喉部良性病变患者104例,在患者知情情况下自主选择治疗方案。观察组采用支撑喉镜联合内窥镜进行手术,对照组显微支撑喉镜下手术,比较两组患者疗效及影响手术的相关因素。结果 疗效相同情况下,支撑喉镜联合内窥镜在治疗声门较难暴露喉部病变效果较好。结论 较难暴露声门喉部病变应选用支撑喉镜联合内镜进行治疗,该方法 对疗效阻碍因素较小,患者满意度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the self-retaining laryngoscopy resection of laryngoscopy resection of laryngeal benign lesions aided with endoscope and microscope.Methods From March 2010 to May 2012,104 cases of patients with laryngeal benign lesions in our hospital were informed independent choices of treatment.The observation group were operated with self-retaining laryngoscope combined with endoscope.The control group were operated with microscopic selfretaining laryngoscope.Compare the effect of the two groups and analyze the influence factors of the operation.Results The curative effect of the two groups is fundamentally same,but self-retaining laryngoscope combined endoscope had a better effect in the treatment of difficult expose laryngeal lesion compared with microscopic self-retaining laryngoscope.Conclusion For the patients with laryngeal lesions difficult to expose glottis,self-retaining laryngoscope combined with endoscope is a better choice with little hindering factors and high patient satisfaction.更多还原
