水溶性荧光素荧光探针用于草鱼中孔雀石绿残留量的测定

【摘要】 水于水溶性荧光素(SF)与孔雀石绿(MG)的荧光猝灭作用,提出了用荧光素作为荧光探针测定了草鱼中孔雀石绿残留量的方法。试验发现.在pH 7.0的B-R缓冲浓液中.孔雀石绿的质量浓度在80μg·L-1范围内与荧光猝灭强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.01μg·L-1。方法用于草鱼样品中孔雀石绿的测定,用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在68.4%83.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.4%5.3%之间。

【Abstract】 Based on the fluorescence quenching action of malachite green(MG)on water soluble fluorescein(SF).a method for determination of residual amount of MG in grass carp using SF as fluorescence probe was proposed.It was found that in a B-R buffer solution,linear relationship between the magnitude of fluorescence quenching and mass concentration of MG was kept in the range within 80 μg·L-1,with detection limit(3S/N) 0.01μg·L-1.Recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method,values of recovery found were in the range of 68.4%-83.3%with RSD(n=6) in the range of 3.4%-5.3%.
