绢云母表面改性的研究进展
Research Progress of Surface Modification of Sericite
【摘要】 绢云母来源广泛,价格低廉,加之具有耐腐蚀、绝缘、屏蔽紫外线等一系列优点,被广泛地应用于各行各业。然而,由于绢云母难以在有机相分散,因而需要对绢云母进行表面改性,以提高绢云母粉体在有机基体中的分散性,从而改善绢云母粉体的应用性能和价值。本文以不同表面改性剂对绢云母的表面改性为线索,对绢云母表面改性进行了较全面的阐述,并提出了发展展望。
【Abstract】 There are a variety of sources of sericite with low prices.Sericite is used in all kinds of industries for its advantages like insulation,resistance to corrosion and shielding ultraviolet.However,since sericite is hard to disperse in organic phase,there is a great need to do surface modification first to improve dispersion of sericite in organic matrix,thus enhancing application performance of sericite powder.In this article,sericite surface modification is described completely by the clue of different modifying agents.At last,the future of sericite surface modification is predicted.
