湿法磷酸萃取用搅拌混合装置的实验研究

【摘要】 对比了4种搅拌桨型式用于湿法磷酸/磷酸三丁酯(TBP)+磺化煤油/水实验体系的萃取特性;研究了搅拌雷诺数、反应时间、相比对磷酸萃取率和单位体积功率消耗(PV)的影响;并确定了适宜的操作条件。结果表明:大三角搅拌器在优化的操作条件下,较其他3种搅拌桨型具有更高的萃取效率,功耗最小。确定的最佳操作条件为:相比4,反应时间12 min,搅拌雷诺数约5 774时,磷酸萃取率可达到32.7%,PV仅为0.17 kW/m3。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of four stirrers applied in extracting distilled wet-process phosphoric acid / tributyl phosphate(TBP)+sulfonated kerosene/water experimental system are discussed.The effects of mixing Reynolds number,reaction time,phase ratio on extraction efficiency and unit volume power consumption(PV)are investigated.The optimum operating conditions are confirmed.The results show that compared with other three blenders,the large delta impeller is more applicable for TBP-phosphoric acid extraction system with relatively high extraction efficiency and the lowest energy consumption.The optimum operation conditions for extraction are as follows: with the large delta impeller,phase ratio of organic phase and aqueous phase of 4,reaction time of 12 min,and mixing Reynolds number of 5 774,then the extract efficiency of phosphorus can reach to 32.7% and PV is just about 0.17 kW/m3.
