高温下合成ZnSe,ZnO枝状纳米晶及其取向连接生长
Formation of ZnSe and ZnO branched nanocrystals by oriented attachment under high temperature
【摘要】 高温下通过简单的热液注射方式合成了包含ZnSe,ZnO的枝状纳米晶.ZnSe和ZnO拥有不同的晶体结构,分别为闪锌矿结构和纤锌矿结构.实验参数的调整使得枝状纳米晶的组成、形貌发生显著变化.讨论了纳米晶枝状结构的形成机制,认为高温下纳米晶的有取向连接生长是主要原因,特别是对于弯曲结构的ZnO纳米晶通过非极性面间相互连接.此结果对有取向连接合成结构更加复杂的纳米晶有一定的指导意义.
【Abstract】 Branched nanocrystals comprising ZnSe and ZnO were synthesized via a simple injection method under high temperature. The ZnSe and ZnO nanocrystals were in blende and wurtzite structures respectively. Parameter adjustment caused the obvious changes of the products. The formation mechanism of branched configuration for these two diferent structures was discussed. It was suggested that the morphology should be the results of OA(oriented attachment) process under high temperature, especially for the particular curving configuration of ZnO nanocrystals which were attached to each other with the non-polar plane. Such a conclusion should provide some guideline for preparing more complex architecture through OA mechanism.
