超声波处理对土壤放线菌与细菌分离效果的影响

【摘要】 采用稀释平板法研究了超声波处理对土壤放线菌和细菌分离效果的影响.结果表明,当超声波处理20s~50s时,两种供试土壤放线菌种类和数量均有明显的增加,尤其是链霉菌的数量和类群均有较大幅度增加.当超声波处理50s时,1号土样放线菌数量较对照增加了280%,链霉菌数量增加375%,放线菌种类增加了61.5%;处理20s时,小单孢菌数量增加了127%;处理100s时,细菌数量增加了129%.2号土样当超声波处理20s时,土壤放线菌总数较对照增加12.07%,处理100s时,新出现放线菌种类增加40%;随着处理时间继续增加,放线菌数量下降.2号土样中细菌数量随处理时间延长而逐渐减少.由此说明,通过适宜的超声波处理有助于增加土壤分离放线菌的数量和种类.

【Abstract】 Dilution plate method was employed to study the effects of ultrasonic treatment of soil samples for actinomyces and bacteria isolation.The results showed that: The ultrasonic treatment of 20 to 50 seconds could significantly increase the type and quantity of actinomyces,especially the Streptomyces in the two soil samples.In the ultrasonic treatment of 50 seconds,compared to the control treatment,the quantity of actinomyces in soil sample 1 increased by 280%,Streptomyces by 375% and bacteria by 61.5%;In the ultrasonic treatment of 20 seconds,the quantity of micromonospora in soil sample 1 increased by 127%.In the ultrasonic treatment of 20 seconds,the quantity of bacteria increased by 129%.In the ultrasonic treatment of 20 seconds,the quantity of actinomyces in soil sample 2 increased by 12.07%.The species of actinomyces increased by 40% in the ultrasonic treatment of 100 seconds.With the treament time increased,the quantity of actinomyces declined.With the treament time extended,the total number of bacteria in the soil sample 2 gradually reduced.These imply that suitable ultrasonic treatment could increase the total number and species of actinomyces isolated from soil.
