【Abstract】 Service for local regional economic and social culture development is the mission of the new era with the library of local higher vocational colleges responsibilities,but also the need of their own survival and development of the library of higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the necessity,feasibility and the status of library of local higher vocational colleges serving local social and cultural development of the regional economy,strategies and measures are proposed about changes in the concept of service,perfect service system,innovation of service mode,service resources,service team construction and user training development in the age of digital information services to the social and cultural background of the development of regional economy.更多还原
