【摘要】 目的:建立三才降糖颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱含量及干膏率为评价指标,运用正交试验法优选提取工艺条件。结果:通过正交试验,得出三才降糖颗粒的最佳提取工艺为加15倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1小时。结论:该工艺方法简便,适合工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the extraction procedure of Sancaijiangtang granule. Method: With berberine hydrochloride content and dry extract yield as evaluation indexs, the optimum extraction process conditions were studied with orthogonal experiment. Result: The optimize extraction condition was as following:15 times water,extraction time 1h,with 3 times repetition. Conclusion: The optimize extraction procedure is simple and suitable for industrial production.更多还原
