【摘要】 目的探讨泪道内窥镜下泪道疏通联合全泪道置管治疗泪道系统多点阻塞的临床疗效。方法对46例(50只眼)鼻泪管阻塞合并上泪道阻塞(含泪小点、泪小管和泪总管阻塞)患者进行泪道内窥镜检查及治疗,并联合全泪道置管,拔管后随诊3～6月个月,观察疗效。结果 50只眼中31只眼治愈,无溢泪,泪道冲洗通畅;14只眼好转,轻微溢泪,泪道冲洗通而不畅;5只眼无效,仍流泪,泪道冲洗不通。总有效率90%。结论泪道内窥镜下泪道疏通联合全泪道置管是治疗泪道系统多点阻塞安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of lacrimal dredge under endoscope and full-length intubation in the treatment of multi-point lacrimal passage obstruction.Methods Forty-six patients(50 eyes) with nasolacrimal duct obstruction and upper duct obstruction(including lacrimal puncta,canalicular and common canalicular) were examined and treated with dredge under endoscope and were implanted with silicone tubes.All patients were followed for 3 to 6 months.Results Thirty-one eyes were cured.There was no excessive tearing,and irrigation of lacrimal passage was clear.Fourteen patients got partial recovery.There was mild tear overflow.In these cases,although lacrimal passages can be flushed,lacrimal duct was not fully clear.In 5 eyes the treatment was ineffective.Irrigation was obstructed.The overall effective rate was 90%.Conclusion Lacrimal dredge under endoscope and full-length intubation is a safe and effective treatment for the multi-point passage obstruction.更多还原
