【摘要】 目的探讨影响眼外伤术后视力恢复的因素。方法根据眼外伤术后视力恢复情况选取好转组和未好转组各200例进行回顾性分析,采用非条件logistic回归分析影响眼外伤术后视力恢复的因素。结果眼外伤类型的分组在病例组和好转组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),且以顿挫伤为对照,爆炸伤的OR值及95%CI为1.83(1.12～2.98);年龄在病例组和好转组之间的分布存在统计学差异(P<0.05),且以小于16岁为参照,大于40岁的OR值及95%CI为2.56(1.33～4.91);患者的职业分布在两组之间也存在统计学差异(P<0.05),以学生为参照,农民的OR值及95%CI为1.95(1.03～3.67);是否存在其他并存疾病在两组之间的分布存在显著性差异(P<0.05),且以没有其他疾病为对照,并存其他疾病的OR值及95%CI为2.43(1.46～4.05);患者受伤后的就诊时间在病例组和好转组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),且以受伤后24 h以内就诊为对照,在受伤收24 h以后就诊的OR值及95%CI为2.65(1.62～4.34)。结论爆炸伤及患者并存其他疾病以及大年龄段和农民群体等因素都是影响眼外伤术后恢复的危险因素,而患者如果能在发生眼外伤后及时就诊就能提高术后的视力恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore factors that affect visual acuity outcomes after ocular trauma.Methods We retrospectively reviewed medical histories of 200 ocular trauma patients.Cases were classified into 2 groups(improved visual acuity and otherwise).Non-conditional logistic regression analysis was used to identify factors that may affect visual acuity outcomes.Results Type of eye injury,age,occupation,comorbidities,and time of treatment were identified risk factors that made significantly difference in visual acuity outcomes between the 2 groups(P < 0.05).Specifically,blast injury had an odds ratio of 1.83(95% CI: 1.12 ～ 2.98) against contusion.Age younger than 16 years had an odds ratio of 2.56(95% CI: 1.33 ～4.91) against older than 40 years.Odds ratio of occupation as farmers was 1.95(95% CI: 1.03-3.67) against students.Coexistence of other diseases had an odds ratio of 2.43(95% CI: 1.46 ～ 4.05).The odds ratio for treatment received more than 24 hours later was 2.65(95% CI: 1.62 ～ 4.34).Conclusion Older age,farmers,explosive injuries,preexisting comorbidities and delayed treatment are the major factors leading to poor visual acuity recovery after ocular trauma.更多还原
