【摘要】 目的比较智能眼周脉冲治疗仪与人工泪液对干眼症各项指标的影响。方法将干眼症患者随机分为两组:治疗组(40只眼)和人工泪液组(40只眼)。分别在治疗前和治疗后第7、14天、停止治疗后第3、10、30天各时间点检测并评定患者主观症状、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌功能和角膜染色四项,两组间用Z检验分别比较两组数据平均值。结果治疗7天后两组对干眼症治疗均有治疗效果。14 d后治疗组疗效优于人工泪液组。停止治疗后,人工泪液组各项指标均恢复至治疗前,治疗组各项指标与治疗前比较均有显著差异。结论智能眼周脉冲治疗仪能更加显著改善干眼症主观症状,延长泪膜破裂时间,增加泪液分泌功能,减少角膜染色。与人工泪液相比脉冲治疗更有持效性和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of intelligent pulse apparatus with artificial tears on xerophthalmia.Methods Patients diagnosed with xerophthalmia were randomly assigned into one of two groups: 40 eyes were treated with intelligent pulse apparatus,and another 40 eyes were treated with artificial tears.Subjective symptoms,tear break-up time,lacrimal gland secretion function,and corneal fluorescent staining are evaluated before treatment,7th day and 14th day in treatment,and 3 days,10 days,and 30 days after the treatment had stopped.Differences in results between these two groups were examined with Z-test.Results After 7 days of treatment,symptoms and lacrimal functions started to improve in both groups.After 14 days of treatment,the improvements were significantly obvious in patients received intelligent pulse therapies.After treatment had stopped,lacrimal functions of patients in artificial tear group returned to initial level,whereas lacrimal functions of the patients received intelligent pulse therapies remained improved.Conclusions Intelligent pulse apparatus can significantly improve the symptoms of xerophthalmia,prolong the tear breakup-time,increase lacrimal gland secretion function,and reduce the corneal fluorescent staining.Intelligent pulse therapy has longer lasting effects and is safe to use.更多还原
