西部高校引进人才需处理好的几个问题
How to deal with the problems of introducing talents into colleges in western areas
【摘要】 以昆明理工大学为例,分析了引进人才工作中取得的成绩和存在的问题,总结出四条经验:一、针对学科建设的需要,从本校硕、博士毕业生中选留一批优秀人才,充实到教学科研第一线,以保持学校原有的学科优势和领先地位;二、从国内外知名高校引进一批学术思想新,了解世界前沿研究领域的优秀人才,与本校现有人才队伍形成优势互补;三、处理好引进人才和现有人员的关系;四、建立完善的人才管理体制,让引进人才发挥最大效益。
【Abstract】 In present work,we have taken Kunming University of Science and Technology as the sample to analyze some serious problems emergied during the talent introducing process in the universities located in west region in China.our experiences can be concluded as following:(1) selecting some excellent talent who graduate from Kunming University of Science and Technology as the teacher or the research assistant for the reason that they know their alma mater well;(2) selecting some excellent talent who graduate from famous domestic university for the aim to draw advance knowledge;(3) selecting some excellent talent who graduate from famous overseas university to know more about advance knowledge and technology in other countries;(4) provide better condition for these talent and ignite their activity in working.
