【摘要】 目的:探讨额颞开颅去骨瓣减压术后顽固性皮下积液的治疗方法。方法:回顾分析复旦大学附属金山医院神经外科2005年7月—2012年7月收治的15例额颞开颅去骨瓣减压术后顽固性皮下积液患者的临床。患者的治疗方案包括穿刺抽液、局部适度加压包扎、腰椎穿刺持续引流脑脊液、手术等升阶梯序贯疗法。结果:15例患者全部治愈。3例患者采用穿刺抽液、适度加压包扎后治愈;7例患者采用穿刺抽液、适度加压包扎及腰椎穿刺持续引流脑脊液后治愈;5例患者手术治愈。结论:升阶梯序贯治疗方案治疗额颞开颅去骨瓣减压术后顽固性皮下积液疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment of intractable subcutaneous hydrops after frontotemporal decompressive craniectomy.Methods:Progressive staged therapy of scalp centesis,appropriate pressure dressing,continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid through lumbar puncture and surgery have been done in 15 patients with intractable subcutaneous hydrops after frontotemporal decompressive craniectomy from July 2007 to July 2012 in Jinshan hospital,Fudan University.Results: All patients were cured after progressive staged therapy.Among them,3 patients were cured after scalp centesis and appropriate pressure dressing;7 were cured after scalp centesis and appropriate pressure dressing,combined with continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid through lumbar puncture;5 were cured after surgery.Conclusions: Progressive staged therapy is an effective method in the treatment of intractable subcutaneous hydrops after frontotemporal decompressive craniectomy.更多还原
