【摘要】 目的:评价地塞米松棕榈酸酯注射液在腰椎间盘突出症诊断性治疗中的作用。方法:对67例初查疑为单节段腰椎间盘突出症老年患者,在X线透视引导下经侧隐窝径路注射地塞米松棕榈酸酯混合液,观察患者对诊断性治疗的反应,并采用VAS加权值评价患者症状改善率。结果:有60例在治疗后即刻症状得到不同程度缓解而获得确诊。另外7例无效的患者经后续相关检查,诊断为脊柱其它疾患。结论:该方法对老年性腰椎间盘突出症可明确诊断及鉴别诊断,并可有效缓解症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate effect of limethason Palmitate injection on lumbar-disc herniations in elderly patients.Methods:Limethason palmitate injection were adminstrated in side crypts route under the guidance of the X-ray fluorosoopy in 67 elderly patients suspected as lumbar-disc herniation with single segment,Symptom improvement rate were evaluated with the use of VAS weighted value scale.Results:A definit diagnosis was made because 60 patients had different degree of symolom immediatdiy after injection.7 additional patients without response to injection were diagnosed as other diseases in spinal.Conclusion:Use of limethason palmitate injection can effectively improve the symptoms of prolapse of lumbar-disc in senile patients,and can make clear diagnosis and differential diagnosis.更多还原
