【摘要】 <正>1病例资料患者,男,46岁,于2009年6月出现左软腭溃疡,约1.5cm×1.0cm,边缘清,伴刺痛,影响进食,行抗生素治疗未见缓解。2009年6月至9月于口腔科多次就诊,诊断为重度阿弗他溃疡,行局部治疗及小剂量泼尼松片剂口服,症状未控制,且溃疡面积扩大,数量增多。病程中无不明原因发热、盗汗、皮肤瘙痒等症状,6个月内体重未见明显减轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 A patient presented to the hospital with recurrent ulcer on the left side of the soft palate.The pathologic diagnosis of biopsy of the soft palate was peripheral T-cell lymphoma,unspecified.PET-CT scan revealed mass-like lesion involving palate,oropharynx and nasopharynx,with high-tissue-density and hypermetabolism.Bone marrow cytology revealed that lymphoblast count was about 0.5%,serum LDH was 312.4U/L.The clinical diagnosis was peripheral T-cell lymphoma of the soft palate,non-specified,stageⅠA,and aaIPI with one score.The patient had a history of chronic hepatitis B.There was no response after the patient received chemotherapy(including regimens of CHOP and ABVD)and local irradiation treatment.During the treatment,HBV was reactivated.After the patient received GP chemotherapy combined with lamivudine therapy followed by single-agent gemcitabine as maintenance treatment,complete response was achieved till now.更多还原
