【摘要】 目的:探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者PET/CT标准摄取值(SUV)与血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清β2微球蛋白(S-β2M)及Ki-67阳性率的相关性。方法:统计分析50例初诊NHL患者SUV与LDH、S-β2M、Ki-67阳性率表达之间的相关性。结果:SUV与LDH(r=0.400,P<0.05)和S-β2M(r=0.406,P<0.01)均呈正相关。追踪分析其中23例患者治疗后的变化发现,SUV、LDH和S-β2M均明显下降(均P<0.01)。SUV与Ki-67阳性率也有相关性(P=0.000)。受试者工作曲线结果提示,SUV、LDH和S-β2M能较准确反映NHL的侵袭性,曲线下面积分别为0.800、0.780和0.785。结论:SUV、LDH和S-β2M均可作为NHL恶性程度及评价疗效的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the correlation of PET/CT standardized uptake value(SUV) and serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),β2-microglobulin(S-β2M) and Ki-67 positive rate in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL) patients. Method:We analyzed the relationship between SUV and LDH,S-β2M,Ki-67 in 50 cases diagnosed with NHL in the first time. Result:SUV was positively correlated with LDH(r=0.400,P<0.05) and S-β2M(r=0.406,P<0.01).Tracking analysis of the changes after treatment of 23 patients showed that SUV,LDH and S-β2M were significantly decreased(all P<0.01).SUV and Ki-67 positive rate was also relevant(P=0.000).SUV,LDH and S-β2M could accurately reflect the invasiveness of the NHL,and the area under the curve was 0.800,0.780 and 0.785. Conclusion:SUV,LDH and S-β2M can be used as the reference indicators for evaluating the degree of malignancy and the efficacy of treatment in NHL.更多还原
