环境温度变化对全自动加样器影响分析
Effect of temperature changes on full-automatic sampling device
【摘要】 目的:验证实验室环境温度变化对全自动加样器影响。方法:使用某检测项目临界值标准物质,通过仪器平行比对试验,验证环境温度变化对全自动加样器影响。结果:通过比对试验发现环境温度变化对全自动加样器加样量存在一定影响,特别是对微量加样影响较大。结论:实验室环境温度变化会使加样量不准确,产生系统误差,甚至造成弱阳性样本的漏检。
