【摘要】 目的:研究自体造血干细胞移植治疗成人噬血细胞综合征的临床意义及治疗效果。方法:报告2例成人噬血细胞综合征患者接受自体造血干细胞移植,并结合国内外相关文献进行分析。结果:2例患者均顺利获得造血重建,未出现严重并发症,例1移植后6个月病情反复,需要小剂量激素长期维持。例2随访12个月,病情仍处于持续缓解中。结论:自体造血干细胞移植治疗成人噬血细胞综合征疗效确切,当常规治疗效果不佳时,移植是值得探讨的治疗方案,尤其针对那些原发病为恶性肿瘤的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance and therapeutic effect of autologous stem cell transplantation(auto-SCT)as treatment for adult hemophagocytic syndrome(HPS).Method:We analyzed two cases of adult HPS with the treatment of auto-SCT and reviewed related domestic and international literatures.Result:Both of patients obtained hematopoietic recovery and no serious complications occurred.The first patient relapsed 6 months after the transplantation and needed the maintenance treatment of low-dose prednisone.The second patient has sustained remission for 12months by follow-up.Conclusion:Auto-SCT is effective as treatment for adult HPS.When conventional treatments are ineffective,auto-SCT is worth of practicing,especially for those patients with malignant diseases.更多还原
