【Abstract】 We evaluated the long-term effect of transcatheter closure in 32 patients with PDA.One case with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension failed,the other 31 cases had successful occlusion.No operation complications happened.Three months after transcatheter closure,PDA,sPAP,LAD,LVEDD were significantly decreased,and the incidence of heart functionⅢ-Ⅳ decreased from 22.6% to 0%.But in the long-term followup,20% of them(6/30 cases)began to deteriorate,and sPAP,LAD,LVEDD increased again.更多还原
