【摘要】 目的探讨双J管长时间滞留取管的方法和效果。方法对我院收治的双J管长期滞留3例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组男2例,女1例,均因肾或输尿管结石留置双J管,后分别因血尿、腰部酸胀不适、尿液有异物排出就诊,发现双J管滞留时间分别为22个月、27个月和8年。经相应治疗,均顺利在输尿管镜下取出导管,并击碎因导管滞留形成的结石,术中无输尿管及肾脏损伤,无明显并发症发生。结论碱化尿液、体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)、输尿管镜配合腔内碎石可有效治疗双J管长期滞留所致结石。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and effect of removing long-term retention of ureteral double-J tube.Methods Clinical data of 3 patients with long-term retention of ureteral double J tube were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two males and one female patients were involved in the study,and all the patients with long-term retention of ureteral double J tube renal or ureteral calculi were admitted for hematuria,waist discomfort or discharge of foreign matter.The time length of finding remained ureteral double J tube were 22 months,27 months and 8 years respectively.After appropriate treatment,Ureteral double J tubes were removed,and the stones were shredded under ureteroscope.There were no ureteral and renal injuries,and no complication was found.Conclusion Urine alkalization,extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) and intracavitary lithotripsy under ureteroscopy may be effective in treatment of stones induced by long-term retention of ureteral double J tube.更多还原
