【摘要】 目的 探讨结直肠癌淋巴结切片数目对检查结果及pTNM分期的影响。方法 分析57例结直肠癌连续病例获取的区域淋巴结,每枚淋巴结分别做1张切片、3张切片和6张切片HE染色,比较三种方法的检查结果及[TNM分期。结果 与1张切片的检查结果相比,3张切片检查使12例(21.05%)患者的pTNM分期上升,6张切片检查使16例(28.07%)患者的pTNM分期上升;随着淋巴结切片数目的增加,淋巴结转移的病例数增加(χ~2=6.692,P=0.035),转移淋巴结的数目也增加(χ~2=41.70,P<0.001)。结论 6张切片HE染色检查,可以更为准确地判断结直肠癌淋巴结转移状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of slice amount of lymph nodes on examination results and pTNM staging for colorectal carcinoma.Methods The regional lymph nodes of 57 cases colorectal carcinoma were analyzed.Each nodes was sliced for HE staining as single,three and six sections respectively.The examination results and pTNM staging were compared among three sectioning processes. Results Compared with the sigle section,the pTNM classification states of twelve patients with three sections(21.05%)were upstaged while sixteen patients with six sections(28.07%) were upstaged.With the increasing of section amount of lymph nodes,the number of patients with lymph nodes metastases increased(χ~2=6.692,P = 0.035),and the amount of lymph nodes metastases increased(χ~2=41.70,P<0.001). Conclusion Examination of lymph nodes in colorectal carcinoma with six sections is more effective and accurate in detecting metastases of lymph nodes for colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
