【摘要】 目的探讨胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将62例白癜风患者按治疗方法的不同分为2组:观察组(32例)和对照组(30例)。2组均采用复方补骨脂酊外搽治疗。在此基础上,观察组加用胸腺肽肠溶片治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗3个月后临床疗效及不良反应的情况。结果观察组治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(46.9%、81.3%比13.3%、43.3%,均P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(15.6%比20.0%,P>0.05)。结论胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风疗效显著,可作为治疗白癜风的选择药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thymus peptide combined with compound fructus psoraleae tincture on vertiligo.Methods Sixty-two patients with vertiligo were treated with compound fructus psoraleae tincture alone(control group,n=30) or in combination with thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets(observation group,n=32). Curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 3 months. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(46.9% vs13.3% and 81.3% vs 43.3%,respectively;P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(15.6% vs 20.0%,P>0.05). Conclusion Thymus peptide combined with compound fructus psoraleae tincture is effective and should be chosen for the treatment of vertiligo.更多还原
