【摘要】 目的回顾性分析锁骨钩钢板与钛缆治疗RockwoodⅢ-Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法选择2006年10月至2011年8月确诊收治的肩锁关节脱位患者65例,其中A组33例采用钛缆治疗,B组32例行锁骨钩钢板治疗,比较2组患者术后的肩痛发生率、美国肩肘外科医师评分(ASES)、Herscovici肩关节功能评分。结果 65例患者全部获得随访,随访6~30个月,平均18个月。术后肩痛发生率A组(3%)明显低于B组(15.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ASES评分A组(93.4±8.3)分,B组(88.1±9.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Herscovici评分优良率A组为97%,B组为90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钛缆治疗RockwoodⅢ~Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位肩痛发生率低,手术简单,临床疗效优于锁骨钩钢板。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of titanium cable and clavicular hook plate on Rockwood Ⅲ-Ⅴ acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods Sixty-five patients with acromioc-lavicular joint dislocation treated in our hospital from October 2006 to August 2011 were treated with titanium cable(group A, n=33) or clavicular hook plate(group B, n=32). The incidence of postoperative shoulder pain, ASES score and Herscovici score were compared between the two groups. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 18 months(range 6 to 30 months). The incidence of shoulder pain, ASES score and excellent or good outcome rate for Herscovici score were, respectively,3%, 93.4±8.3 and 97% in group A, and 15.6%, 88.1±9.5 and 90% in group B. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Titanium cable is superior to clavicular hook plate for reducing shoulder pain and improving clinical efficacy in the treatment of Rockwood Ⅲ-Ⅴ acromioclavicular joint dislocation.更多还原
