复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效

【摘要】 目的探讨复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将202例溃疡性结肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组:治疗组和对照组,每组101例。2组患者均采用柳氮磺吡啶片1.0 g口服,4次.d-1。在此基础上,治疗组加用复方黄柏液100 mL保留灌肠,对照组采用生理盐水100 mL保留灌肠。观察2组患者临床疗效及不良反应的情况。结果治疗组总有效率为83.17%,明显高于对照组的61.39%(P<0.05),治疗组出现恶性呕吐6例,对照组出现恶性呕吐7例,无其他不良反应。随访1年,治疗组、对照组复发率分别为17.65%、22.78%。结论复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有良好的疗效,不良反应少。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of retention enema with compound cortex phellodendri solution on ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 202 patients with ulcerative colitis were given oral sulfasalazine tablets(1.0 g) 4 times per day in combination with retention enema with either 100 mL normal saline(control group,n=101) or 100 mL compound cortex phellodendri solution(treatment group,n=101).Clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(83.17% vs 61.39%,P<0.05).Nausea and vomiting occurred in 6 patient in treatment group and 7 patients in control group.No other adverse reactions were observed in both groups.After follow-up for 1 year,the relapse rate was 17.65% in treatment group and 22.78% control group.Conclusion Retention enema with compound cortex phellodendri solution is effective for ulcerative colitis with less adverse reactions.
