【摘要】 目的探讨乌司他丁在炎性肠梗阻治疗中的应用效果。方法将60例炎性肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在此基础上给予乌司他丁治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果观察组患者腹痛、腹胀消失时间以及肛门排气时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后患者血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁治疗炎性肠梗阻的疗效确切,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin on inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods Sixty patients with inflammatory intestinal obstruction were randomly given conventional treatment(control group,n=30) or in combination with ulinastatin treatment(observation group,n=30).Curative effects were evaluated in both groups.Results Compared with the levels before treatment,serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the time to abdominal pain disappearance,abdominal distention disappearance and anal exhaust and serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α obviously decreased in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin has obvious curative effect and is worth being used in patients with inflamm-atory intestinal obstruction.更多还原
