【摘要】 目的探讨中晚期不典型肾结核的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析26例中晚期不典型肾结核患者的临床资料。结果 19例行肾切除手术的患者,术后病理均确诊为肾结核。2例行膀胱扩大术的患者,术后容量达到180～220 mL。手术及药物治疗的患者腰部不适及排尿疼痛、尿频症状均明显改善。结论尿液检查联合多种影像学检查可以提高肾结核的确诊率,抗痨治疗和患侧肾切除术能够明显改善排尿异常表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of advanced atypical renal tuberculosis.Methods Clinical data of 26 patients with advanced atypical renal tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 26 patients,19 underwent nephrectomy and were diagnosed with renal tuberculosis by postoperative pathology,and 2 underwent bladder augmentation and had postoperative capacity of 180-220 mL.In addition,low back discomfort,painful urination and frequent micturition were improved in patients who underwent and drug therapy.Conclusion Urine tests combined with imaging examination can increase the diagnosis rate of renal tuberculosis.Anti-tuberculosis treatment and ipsilateral nephrectomy can significantly improve urinary abnormalities in patients with advanced renal tuberculosis.更多还原
