【摘要】 目的 探讨内观认知疗法对恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性和复发率的影响。方法 将120例恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,各60例。两组均常规应用抗精神病药物治疗及护理,研究组在此基础上联合内观认知疗法治疗。观察1 a。采用自知力与治疗态度问卷、自制依从性调查表评定自知力及服药依从性,治疗1 a末统计复发率。结果 治疗3个月末,研究组自知力显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗1 a末,研究组自知力、服药依从性均显著优于对照组(P<0.01),复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 内观认知疗法能够提高恢复期精神分裂症患者的自知力、服药依从性,降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Naikan therapy on drug compliance and recurrence rate of convalescence schizophrenics.Methods A total of 120 convalescence schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 60 ones each.Both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment and nursing,research was plus Naikan cognitive therapy.They were observed for 1 year.Insight and drug compliance were assessed with the Insight and Attitude Questionnaire（ITAQ）and Self-made Compliance Inventory（SCI）,and recurrence rate was added up at the end of the 12^th month.Results At the end of the 3^rd month,insight was significantly better in research than control group（P<0.01）;at the end of the 12^th month,insight and drug compliance were significantly better（P<0.01） and recurrence rate was significantly lower（P<0.05） in research than control group.Conclusion Naikan cognitive therapy could improve insight and drug compliance and reduce relapse rate of convalescence schizophrenics.更多还原
