【摘要】 目的探讨脑外型海绵状血管瘤的术前诊断及显微外科治疗的效果。方法通过对18例脑外海绵状血管瘤诊治过程的回顾性分析,包括术前诊断、临床表现、神经影像学特征及显微外科治疗方法。结果全切除10例,部分切除8例。17例术后症状均改善,全切10例无复发。结论显微外科手术切除病灶是目前治疗本病最可靠的方法,能否全切与术前评估、术者经验及显微操作技术等有关;放射治疗有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the microsurgical therapy and the preoperative diagnosis for extracerebral cavernous hemangiomas( ECHs). Methods The clinical manifestations,neuroimaging features and operative approaches of 18 cases of extracerebral cavernous hemangiomas were analyzed retrospectively. Rusults The total removal and partial removal of tumors were conducted in 10 and 8 cases respectively,with neurological deficits improved in 17 cases after surgery,and no neoplasia recurrenced in 10 cases of the total removal of tumors. Conclusion Microsurgical tumor resection is the best way to treatment extracerebral cavernous hemangiomas in nowadays,and the reasons of removing the tumors totally or partial are concerned with preoperative diagnosis,operative evaluation and the microsurgical techniques of operators.更多还原
