【摘要】 目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、维生素B12和叶酸水平的改变及B族维生素治疗的效果。方法对72例PD患者和36名健康对照者,进行血浆Hcy、维生素B12和叶酸水平的检测。给予PD患者口服维生素B1、维生素B6和甲钴胺治疗6个月后复查血浆Hcy水平,并于治疗前后分别进行统一PD评定量表(UPDRS)评分、Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分期评定。结果 PD组患者血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组,血浆维生素B12和叶酸水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05~0.01)。PD组治疗6个月后血浆Hcy水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),但UPDRS评分、H-Y分期与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义。结论 PD患者血浆Hcy水平明显增高,血浆维生素B12和叶酸水平明显降低,B族维生素治疗能明显降低血浆Hcy水平,但无法改善患者的UPDRS评分和H-Y分期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of plasma levels of homocysteine( Hcy),vitamin B12 and folic acid and the curative effect of B vitamins in patients with Parkinson disease( PD). Methods Plasma levels of Hcy,vitamin B12 and folic acid were measured in 72 PD patients and 36 healthy controls. All the PD patients were treated with oral vitamin B1,vitamin B6 and Methylcobalamin for 6 months,and then the plasma Hcy level was measured again. And the unified PD rating scale( UPDRS) and Hoehn-Yahr( H-Y) stages were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The plasma Hcy level in PD group was significantly higher than that in control group,while the plasma levels of vitamin B12 and folic acid in PD group were significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05-0. 01). The plasma Hcy level in PD group after 6 months of treatmemnt was significantly lower than that before treatment( P < 0. 01). But the differences of UPDRS scores,H-Y stages between before and after treatment were no statiscal significant. Conclusions The plasma Hcy level of PD patients are increased,while the plasma levels of vitamin B12 and folic acid are decreased. B vitamins can significantly reduce plasma Hcy level,but can not improve the patient’s UPDRS score and H-Y stage.更多还原
