【摘要】 目的探讨如何提高T0乳腺癌的诊治方法。方法对28例T0乳腺癌临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献复习就其诊断和治疗进行讨论。结果大多数患者临床表现为乳头溢液及腋下肿块,治疗上以手术治疗为主,辅以化疗、放疗。结论 T0乳腺癌患者普遍预后较好,早期明确诊断并施行根治性手术切除联合术后化疗、放疗可明显提高患者的生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate how to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with breast carcinoma in T0 stage.Methods Twenty-eight patients with breast carcinoma in T0 stage were retrospectively analysed and the diagnosis and treatment of these patients with breast carcinoma was discussed with reference review at the same time.Results The clinical symptoms of most patients with breast carcinoma in T0 stage are nipple discharge and armpit lump and the therapeutic measures are radical resection combined with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Conclusion The prognosis of breast carcinoma is optimistic and the survival rate can obviously increase be means of improving earlier diagnosis, radical resection combined with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.更多还原
