【摘要】 报告1例左手掌血管内皮细胞瘤。患者男,47岁。因左手掌反复发作暗红色结节2个月就诊。皮损组织病理检查显示真皮内有大小不等的血管腔,血管内皮细胞增生,细胞异形,核分裂象易见。免疫组化染色:血管内皮细胞CD31(+)、CD34(+)、FⅧ(+)、Ki-67(60%+),细胞角蛋白(CK)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)及结蛋白(desmin)(-)。诊断:血管内皮细胞瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of malignant angioendothelioma is reported.A 47-year-old man presented with multiple dark red,bleeding nodules on the left palm for 2 months.Histopathology showed that the tumor was located in the dermis.The tumor was composed of different sized blood vessels.Vascular endothelial hyperplasia,atypical endothelial cells and mitoses were observed.Immunohistochemical stains for CD31,CD34,and FⅧ were positive.60%of cells were positive for Ki-67.Stainings for CK,EMA and Desmin were negative.The final diagnosis was low grade malignant angioendothelioma.更多还原
