【摘要】 目的:探讨辣椒素受体(TRPV1)在银屑病皮损中的表达及其意义。方法:采用半定量RT-PCR检测12例银屑病皮损和10例正常皮肤中TRPV1的mRNA表达;用免疫组化方法检测TRPV 1在32例寻常性银屑病患者皮损及20例正常人皮肤组织中的表达水平。结果:半定量RT-PCR结果显示银屑病皮损中TRPV1的mRNA水平较正常皮肤表达下降[为正常皮肤的(69.8±4.3)%,P<0.05];20例正常皮肤的表皮角质形成细胞均有TRPV1蛋白表达(100%),32例银屑病皮损的表皮角质形成细胞TRPV1蛋白表达显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:辣椒素受体在银屑病皮损的表皮角质形成细胞中表达下降,其可能参与银屑病皮损的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression levels of TRPV1 in psoriatic lesions and its significance.Methods:TRPV1 mRNA levels in 10 normal controls and psoriatic lesions from 12 patients were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The expressions of TRPV1 protein in 32 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 20 normal controls were assessed by immunohistochemistry.Results:The levels of TRPV1 mRNA expression were significandy reduced in psoriatic lesions than in normal controls(P<0.05).The expression of TRPV1 in keratinocytes from 32 psoriatic lesions was lower than that from 20 normal controls(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The expression levels of TRPV1 in psoriatic lesions were decreased in comparison with the normal controls.TRPV1 may be involved in the formation of psoriatic lesions.更多还原
