【Abstract】 A case of borderline lepromatous leprosy is reported.A 52-year-old man presented with red plaques on his forehead, left eyelid and right upper arm for 5 months with formication and slight itching.Histopathologic examination showed slight epidermal atrophy and subepidermal clear zone.There was lymphocyte and histocyte infiltration in the dermis,cutaneous appendages and peripheral nerves.Abundant acid-fast bacilli were observed with the acid-fast staining.更多还原
