【摘要】 目的:评价面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣(FSF)修复颊癌术后颊黏膜缺损的临床效果。方法:13例颊黏膜鳞状细胞癌手术切除后颊黏膜组织缺损,用FSF修复。本组病例中,男8例,女5例;平均年龄58.5岁;T2N0M0期7例,T3N0M0期6例。皮瓣大小为4.0 cm×8.0 cm～5.0 cm×10.0 cm。结果:面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复颊黏膜缺损手术成功率92.3%(12/13)。全部病例经12～24个月复查,受区功能正常,供区外形良好,有1例颈部肿瘤复发。结论:FSF适用于修复中型颊黏膜缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the reliability of facial artery-submental artery island myocutaneous flaps for reconstruction of buccal mucosa defects following cancer surgery.Method:Between April of 2008 and April of 2010,eight male and five female patients with a mean age of 58.5 years(range,42 to 78 years) underwent the buccal mucosa defects of reconstruction of the facial artery-submental artery island myocutaneous flaps following resection of the buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma.The patients were classified as 7 as T2N0M0,and 6 as T3N0M0.The sizes of skin paddle ranged from 4.0 cm×8.0 cm～5.0 cm×10.0 cm.Result:The success rate of the flaps was 92.3 %(12/13).The form and function of recipient sites were well recovered.All the patients were followed up for 12～24 months cervical recurrence in one cases were observed.Conclusion:The facial artery-submental artery island myocutaneous flaps are suitable to repair medium-sized buccal mucosa defects.更多还原
