【摘要】 目的探讨电话追踪随访对出院留置双J管患者的影响效果。方法将84例留置双J管患者,随机分为对照组和随访组,各42例。两组在住院期间及出院当日均进行常规健康教育,随访组则在患者出院后由专人进行电话追踪随访。并对两组置管期间相关知识掌握情况及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果两组出院置管期间相关知识的掌握情况及并发症的发生率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论出院后电话追踪随访可以将健康教育延伸到患者家中,提高了患者的自我护理意识和能力,减少并发症的发生,有利于疾病的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influencing effect of telephone follow-up for discharged patients with indwelling double J tube.Methods 84 patients with indwelling double J tube were randomly divided into the control group and follow-up group averagely.Performed routine health education on patients of two groups during hospitalization and discharge on the same day are and discharge from the service telephone follow-up in observation group.Observed the intubation complications in indwelling periods of patients of two groups.Results The known of prevention knowledge in indwelling period and the incidence of complications are higher than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The telephone follow-up after hospital discharge can extend the health education to patients in the home,improves the patient’s self care awareness and ability,reduce complications.It is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the disease,and achieved good social effect.更多还原
