内固定治疗中老年髌骨粉碎性骨折
Treatment of complex patella fracture with internal fixation in the middle-aged and older patients
【摘要】 <正>2008年2月～2012年6月,我科对32例中老年髌骨粉碎性骨折患者先采用可吸收缝线结合克氏针、再行组合式髌骨爪内固定治疗,疗效满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组32例,男19例,女13例,年龄45～91岁。左侧17例,右侧15侧;均为直接暴力损伤致闭合骨折。受伤至手术时间6～36 h。
