【摘要】 目的分析肺朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(PLCH)的CT表现特点,以提高对该病的诊断。方法搜集经病理证实的3例PLCH患者临床和CT资料,并复习相关文献;分析PLCH的影像学特点。结果 3例患者均有吸烟史,2例患者为多系统受累朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症,1例患者仅表现为PLCH。PLCH的CT表现为两中上肺分布为主的多发小结节及囊腔,肺底及肋膈角区明显减少。结论 PLCH的CT表现具有特征性,结合临床资料,有助于早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the CT manifestations of pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis( PLCH) in order to improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods The clinical and CT data of three cases of pathology confirmed PLCH were retrospectively analyzed. Results 2 cases were multisystemic langerhans cell histiocytosis,while 1 case was isolated PLCH. The CT manifestations of PLCH were multiple nodules and cysts,which were distributed predominantly in upper and mid lung zones. Conclusion The CT manifestations of PLCH are characteristic,and it will be helpful for the diagnosis by combining imaging and clinic data.更多还原
