基于放疗计划的CT、MR图像配准体外标志设计及初步应用

【摘要】 目的探讨钆喷酸葡胺(Gd-DTPA)与碘海醇混合液作为放疗计划CT、MR图像配准体外标志的可行性。方法取Gd-DTPA加纯净水配制成不同浓度的稀释液,行T1WI、T2WI和FLAIR成像;选择在T1WI上信号强度最高者与碘海醇按不同比例配成混合液,再行MR、CT;测量不同比例混合液在MR各成像序列的信号强度及CT值。将达到标准的混合液密封于细塑料管中,作体模检测和临床应用。结果浓度为1.61 mg/ml Gd-DTPA稀释液在T1WI上信号强度最高;该稀释液与碘海醇按6∶1混合可达到体外标志设计标准;经临床应用,配准平均误差为(1.35±0.22)mm。结论将恰当比例的Gd-DTPA稀释液与碘海醇混合密封于细塑料管中,固定在定位热塑面罩的模拟校准线上,可作为放疗计划CT、MR图像配准的体外标志。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of Gd-DTPA mixed with Iohexol as the external marker of CT and MR images on radiotherapy treatment planning. Methods The dilution of Gd-DTPA with different concentration underwent MR T1WI,T2WI and FLAIR examination. The dilution of Gd DTPA with highest signal intensity on T1WI was mixed with the in different concentration. The signal intensity of T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR on MR images and CT value on CT were measured. The mixture liquid of Gd DTPA and Iohexol was filled in thin plastic pipe as the external marker. Results The diluted Gd DTPA with 1. 61mg / ml concentration had highest signal intensity on T1WI. The blending ratio of 6 Gd DTPA to 1Iohexol was chosen as the external marker. The mean error was( 1. 35 ± 0. 22) mm. Conclusion The external marker we designed can be used as the calibration line for CT and MR examination on radiotherapy treatment planning.
