双源CT Flash Spiral扫描模式在婴幼儿胸部成像中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨双源CT Flash Spiral扫描模式在婴幼儿胸部成像中的应用价值。方法将120例拟诊为胸部疾患的婴幼儿随机分为A、B两组,A组60例(0~36个月),行双源CT Flash Spiral模式扫描,螺距3.0,扫描过程中患儿清醒;B组60例(0~36个月),行64层CT常规螺距模式扫描,螺距1.3,扫描过程中患儿处于睡眠状态。对A、B两组图像质量(运动伪影)、辐射剂量(CT容积剂量指数CTDIvol值、剂量长度乘积DLP值)及扫描时间进行对比分析。结果 A组图像质量评级优于B组(Z=-9.96,P=0.00);A组患儿的平均CTDIvol值及DLP值均小于B组(t=-45.10,P=0.00;t=-43.03,P=0.00);A组扫描时间短于B组(t=-55.31,P=0.00)。结论双源CT Flash Spiral扫描模式扫描速度快、辐射剂量低,婴幼儿于清醒状态行胸部CT检查亦能获得满意图像。

【Abstract】 Objective o evaluate the application of flash spiral technique of dual-source computed tomography in the infantile chest.Methods 120 infants diagnosed as chest disorders were studied.They were randomly divided into two groups of A、 B.60 patients(0~36 month) of group A were examined with a dual-source CT system in flash spiral scan mode(pitch=3.0).The children were in a sober state in the scanning process;60 patients(0~36 month) of group B were examined with a 64-slice CT in conventional pitch mode(pitch=1.3).The children were in a sleep state in the scanning process.The image quality(motion artifacts),radiation dose(CTDIvol,DLP) and scaning time between the two groups were analysed.Results The Image quality of group A was better than group B(Z=-9.96,P=0.00).The CTDIvol and DLP value of group A was less than group B(t=-45.10,P=0.00;t=-43.03,P=0.00).The scanning time of group A was shorter than group B(t=-55.31,P=0.00).Conclusion The flash spiral technique of dual-source computed tomography has higher scanning speed,lower radiation dose in the chest,the infants in a sober state can also obtain satisfactory chest image.
