【摘要】 目的探讨新甲型H1N1流感轻症病例血清免疫学特征。方法选择新甲型H1N1流感轻症病例26例,留取外周血清分别进行MIP-1α,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-8检测,并与新甲型H1N1流感轻症病例25例治疗康复后作比较;同时选取健康21例外周血清做对照研究。结果新甲型H1N1流感轻症病例外周血清中细胞因子MIP-1α,IFN-γ,IL-8分泌表达与康复组对照有差异性(t=2.16～47.15,P<0.05),而TNF-α表达无差异性(t=0.72,P>0.05);而康复组与健康组比较表达无差异性(t=0.75～1.75,P>0.05)。结论新甲型H1N1流感轻症病例细胞因子MIP-1α,IFN-γ,IL-8分泌表达增强,可能与病毒感染有关,治疗康复后与健康人表达一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the sero-immunity characteristics of mild cases with the new influenza A H1N1 virus.Methods The study selected 26 mild cases with new influenza A H1N1,25 post-rehabilitation cases with new influenza A H1N1 and 21 healthy people.MIP-1α,IFN-γ,IL-8 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA in peripheral serum.Results The expression of MIP-1α,IFN-γ and IL-8 showed significant difference between the mild cases group and the post-rehabilitation group(t = 2.16 ～ 47.15,P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference of TNF-α between the two groups(t = 0.72,P > 0.05).The expression of MIP-1α,IFN-γ,IL-8 and TNF-α had no significant difference between the post-rehabilitation group and the healthy control group(t = 0.75 ～ 1.75,P > 0.05).Conclusion The high expressions of MIP-1α,IFN-γ and IL-8 in the mild cases with the new influenza A H1N1 virus may be related with viral infection,but they can decrease back to normal through the therapeutic regimen.更多还原
